Shipping Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We maintain every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm PST.  Orders placed after 12:00pm PST may be shipped the following day. During busy periods or if your item is not in stock, it may take up to 3 business days for your order to ship. If it takes more than 3 business days for our order to ship for any reason, you will be notified via email.

All shipped orders are insured. Once the order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email.

Return Policy
The satisfaction of our customers is important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund the full cost of the item excluding the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including original shrink-wrapped cap seal. Any damaged items, items not in original condition or missing parts (ie. incomplete sample kits) cannot be refunded. Any items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date cannot be refunded either. Thank you for your understanding.

Once we receive your item and approve it, you will receive an email notification with the confirmation of your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 6 business days from the refund confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card provider since processing times can vary. If you’ve done that and the refund is not reflected on your account, please contact us at and we’ll be happy to assist you to make sure you receive your refund.

Sale Items:
Unfortunately, all sale items are subject to final sale and not eligible for any returns or exchanges.

Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable and we don’t cover return shipping fees. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to return your item or to purchase shipping insurance since we can’t guarantee that we receive non-insured, non-trackable shipping items.
